CENTRiC Mobiles, an Indian smartphone brand backed by Priyanka Communication India Private Limited (PCIPL) has announced a brand new smartphone in the Indian market. Dubbed the CENTRiC A1, the smartphone sports a metal unibody design and is being targeted towards the Indian youth.
Coming to the specs of the device, the CENTRiC A1 ships with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display which comes with a layer of Dragon Trail glass on top to protect it from scratches and scuffs. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor which works in tandem with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. On the battery front, the smartphone comes with a 3,000mAh battery which supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge v3.0 and offers more than 50 percent battery power with just 30 minutes of charge.
In the camera department, the device gets a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. Both the smartphones come with dedicated LED flash modules as well. Lastly, for security, the smartphone comes with a fingerprint sensor and runs Android Nougat upon first boot.

The CENTRiC A1 smartphone comes in hues of Classic White Gold, Energetic Black Grey and Vibrant Gold, and carries a price tag of Rs 10,999. Interested buyers can pick the smartphone up from the company’s website.
